S Factor is a feminine movement practice—a sensuous workout for body and soul that's intelligently designed to open the female body into her full, free, erotic expression. This 90-minute workshop features our signature S Factor warm-up, created specifically to invite us to slow down and connect to the circular movements the feminine body loves. You'll walk away from this workshop with messy hair, feeling a little wild, and inspired by your own body! Open to all levels, and includes beginner pole instruction and technique.

Six-week series. An introduction to the S Factor movement, the workout - and the beginning of your new love affair! Intelligently designed to guide women through body-loving movement, to awaken the feminine body and ignite the feminine spirit. Designed to empower, to strengthen the whole woman, inside and out.
Each class begins with the signature S Factor workout and moves through guided floor work, beginner and intermediate pole technical instruction and flow, and concludes with the S Factor routine or guided moving meditation. Each class builds on language, movement, progression from the class before.
